What are the initial steps to prepare for the UPSC exams?
1.Syllabus - first read the syllabus and have a proper look into your struggle and ways to do it
2.Time table - Make a time table and follow the same
3.Mode of preparation- now you have to decide either you want to join any coaching or you are comfortable in self study 📖
4. Optional selection - Depends on your background and interest and also try to choose the subject Which will fetch you good marks .
5.Subject wise book list - make an appropriate and productive book list and study
6.Test series- join any test series Like vision ias , ias network or forum ias etc
7. Improvement and gauge your status- by taking test you can understand your strength and weakness and improve accordingly.
so start your preparation with full energy and give it all and slowly and gradually you will get hang of it and you will be able to clear the exam .
