Which publication is best for previous year questions for UPSC 2020 in English?

Books are a great source of explanatory information, such as concepts. But when dealing with Previous Year Questions, books would not be in a position to make you understand why one option was more suitable over the other one. Also, the technique of eliminating wrong options and reading between the lines while attempting the questions in your prelims is a much required skill, which a book cannot teach you.
